rap1971 Posted September 17, 2013 Share Posted September 17, 2013 Hi all a newbie here looking for some help,after reclining my passenger seat of my MK4 25th Anniversary i have an airbag light on with code N200 (01218) resistance too high.I have done away with the yellow connector under the seat and added extra wire which has been soldered and heat shrunk but airbag light still on,Anybody any ideas what to try next,Thanks in advance 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

tonyholbury Posted October 14, 2021 Share Posted October 14, 2021 Just looked up the you tube video on this one the official fix is to hard wire the wires under the seat but there is also a yellow connector plug in the floor, disconnect your battery for half and hour and unplug this connector and spray the contacts with electrical contact cleaner then replug this should clear the light...... fingers crossed VW use yellow to denote airbag circuits Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
