Windman Posted March 27, 2018 Share Posted March 27, 2018 The time has unfortunately come where I need to part ways with my Passat🙁 Repairs are needed on 3 pulleys (viscus bearing has seized), new fan belt and a new water pump and fixings (which houses the aforementioned viscus bearing). The quotes for repair mean it is no longer financially viable for me to keep the car. A new alternator was fitted 12 months ago, alloys are in ok condition and a couple of months ago I had the car Terracleaned by Fuel Rectifiers which cleared years of built up dirt from inside the engine. The engine has a little over 140k miles on the clock but has never caused me any problems. Ideally I would love to sell this to a someone who will either recycle parts or return the car back to the road. I don’t have any pictures at present as the car is being stored at my Fathers house but can tell you that it is dark blue in colour.
