Thanks for the reply. I called them up and they said it could be the drive belt. Do u think that noise could be from the drive belt? And not the cam belt.

Hi, Can someone please tell me what this noise is coming from the engine bay. The noise can be heard when i start the car but can't be heard after i have driven the car. The cambelt and waterpump were changed 4000 miles ago The car is a Touran 2.0 2017 model. 20220502_123100.mp4
