It’s my first time posting here and I wanted to ask how do you adjust the rear ride height on JOM coilovers. I bought the car couple days ago and didn’t realise it had coilovers until I got tyres put on this morning. The front ride height is fine I just want to lower the rear by a couple of inches. Is it possible to adjust the rear ride height on the JOM blue line coilovers?

When it gets over a certain temperature outside my Wife's Polo Drivers Seat Belt Wont come out of the reel, I have done a couple of search's online and it seems to be quite a common problem was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue .I phoned VW UK who were as much use as a chocolate tea pot. The car is on a 14 plate with 25000 miles so out of warranty I think this should not be happening TBH has anyone else come across this problem

Hi there, i have a mk2f polo breadvan that i have just got a lowering kit for, and was curious about exhaust volumes. Obviously they are not powerful cars, but it would be nice for it to at least sound better than the ka i am sitting next to at the traffic lights, any one know any good de-muffled exhaust systems that fit/straight pipe mod jobs?

Hi, I've just bought a pair of GTi emblems for the front wings of my 6C because they weren't fitted to the car when the previous owner bought it. I'm just wondering if anyone knows the exact placement for them? I know they are like half way down the wing but I want to get them in the right place! Ta Jack

Hi Folks. I currently own a Volkswagen Polo 02-05 model which is an 05 plate and a 5 door model. I went to get something that I keep in the Spare Wheel compartment located in the boot. When I went in, the Spare Wheel compartment was full of roughly 3 pints full of water. I got rid of it. A few weeks previous, I did notice that the back seat was looking a bit damp but never thought anymore about it. I was therefore wondering if this is perhaps a common problem with this model and vintage of Volkswagen Polo? Your thoughts would be very much appreciated. Many thanks. John G

Any way just found this small pin underneath the car. Does anyone recognise it and knows where its from. Not wanting to risk starting the car and wrecking it. Any help would be much appreciated

Hi VW club, I'm currently experiencing a clunking/rattling noise coming from the rear of my VW polo. Below are two images of each rear side. Would this be the reason for the noise? Can anyone explain why my 65 plate polo has just this winter started having really thick condensation inside the windscreen, so much so that I have to use a windier cleaners squeegee whenever I want to go anywhere. Plus that fact it’s been freezing inside this past week?

I am trying to find a good free VIN Decoder without much success. One of them even told me the car was a Golf. Is there someone out there who knows of a good one and maybe even run my vin number, WVWZZZAWZLU050278, through it. 🙂 Thanks

Hello, I have a 2013 polo, new coils and plugs fitted but the connector to the coil on cylinder 2 doesn’t sit tight enough so causes a misfire. It’s a new genuine vw connector as well. How can I make the connector fit more tightly onto the coil?

I helping a friend with a problem with his carburettor on this Polo, its the 1050 engine 40 hp, it seems the rubber gasket under the carburettor is now leaking air, as we cannot get the engine to idle, it just dies. If I press down on the carb it will idle, so must be an air leak. I'm also looking a manual for setting up this carburettor, or the settings/adjustments its a Pierburg. There appears to be an adjusting screw where a vacuum line comes from the vacuum pipe to the brake servo, any help here would be useful please. Whats its purpose? Is it an anti run on devise? John

Hey, my girlfriend recently got a new clutch done on her 2012 polo, and it has started making a clunking/ grinding noise when the clutch pedal is not engaged and the noise stops when the clutch pedal is engaged, i was thinking that it could be a input bearing in the gearbox(more then likely wrong) or the mechanic installed the clutch disc or flywheel incorrectly and didn't use an adjustment tool. Just posting if anyone has any ideas, thanks
