Was only about 34mpg but having dosed the tank with injector cleaner, pumped up the tyre pressure a couple of PSI higher and with use of the cruise control which doesnt follow Engine note or the car in front when I brimmed the tank I had put in 33L for 367 miles and that worked out at 50mpg Miles divided by Litres multiple by 4.52 give you MPG

Both front door (puddle) lights stopped working together. Is there a seperate fuse maybe? .....anyone help if you can please

I have just bought a Vw Touran 2008 . Do all the seats fold completelt flat on this model ? Or do just the last row ,and the the second row just fold flatter but not completly flat ?. Does the front passenger seat fold flat or forward ? I would appreciate any help regarding this thanks Peter

Hi all, Have recently purchased a lovely Touran after having a Q5. Long story short, had a child and thought a Q5 would be sufficient for family travel when we eventually had another child, and would have been the case had it not been for twins arriving last week. A blessing nonetheless but meant I had to look at other options, and the Touran was the best fit. Absolutely love the car, and actually prefer it to my old Q5. The only issue I have is that it is a really good spec with halogen headlights. I find it quite surprising the R Line doesn’t come with LED as standard but never mind. Therefore, I’m looking to upgrade the unit. Is it just a case of buying …

Hi, my Touran is of 140Kw, Y2016, highline trim. I’m looking for a possibility to do some upgrades towards R-line. E.g. Sports suspension and sports seats. Has someone experience with such upgrading? if yes - would appreciate if shared information about costs of such upgrade and if it was worth compared to Highline version. Or maybe someone could sell me the parts for such upgrade? Many thanks!

ANY ADVICE APPRECIATED I have some 18” 5x100 ET35 alloys im looking to fit them to my 2014 Touran using a 15mm adaptor (5x112-5x100) My question is will the 15mm adaptor push the ET35 to much causing the wheel to stick out to far from the arch

My turbo blew two days ago and the engine seized. I found a replacement engine. My engine is a BXE. The numbers after the BXE are different to the numbers on my engine number sticker. The engine is out of a 57 plate touran and my car is a 08. Will the other engine fit my car as they are both 105bhp engines. Asking as do not know what the other numbers are after the BXE. Chris

Hi I have recently bought a 2017 touran 1.5 petrol dsg. It came from a VW dealer and is under extended warranty. It has recently come up with the service required light on the dash. VW UK say it should have been serviced but dealer are saying its on a 24 month interval. Last time it was serviced it wasn't serviced by vw and when I rang the garage who serviced it they said its due now. Dealer are adamant that its 24 months and refusing to service it, instead they are saying they will turn off the service light...
