2014 sports seats

Hi everyone,

I am thinking of buying a 2014 model which has sports seats (SEL Tech ). What does that mean exactly,  are they firmer than normal seats? Do they have lumber support adjustment? Also how do you know if the car has adaptive suspension?

Thanks for any advice on these subjects or anything useful to know before I buy.
