2Ltr Petrol stopped working

Hi All. My 2002 2ltr petrol with 56k on the clock has always been well looked after runs quietly and without issues but now has just stopped. It turns over but will not start.

Had the AA out to it and for two hours they could not get it going although they did establish that no power was getting to the fuel pump. Car hasnt been used a lot in the last year until
