Hi there, i have a mk2f polo breadvan that i have just got a lowering kit for, and was curious about exhaust volumes. Obviously they are not powerful cars, but it would be nice for it to at least sound better than the ka i am sitting next to at the traffic lights, any one know any good de-muffled exhaust systems that fit/straight pipe mod jobs?

The new polo blue GT is a great car the infotainment with dab radio very good, I would like to retro fit a VW Sat Nav whilst retaining the other features. Any ideas would be most welcome along with what is involved in fitting and costs. Thanks

Does any one know the part number for front and rear mud flaps to fit the new POLO GT BLUE. VW UK confirm that you can get them specifically for this model different because of modified sills and rear end, but will not give them out you have to go through VW agent. I have tried and they cannot identify them. Any help would be so much appreciated.

Hi Folks. I currently own a Volkswagen Polo 02-05 model which is an 05 plate and a 5 door model. I went to get something that I keep in the Spare Wheel compartment located in the boot. When I went in, the Spare Wheel compartment was full of roughly 3 pints full of water. I got rid of it. A few weeks previous, I did notice that the back seat was looking a bit damp but never thought anymore about it. I was therefore wondering if this is perhaps a common problem with this model and vintage of Volkswagen Polo? Your thoughts would be very much appreciated. Many thanks. John G

Hey. Purchased a Polo Blue GT last November, brand new. For about two months now I get no radio reception what so ever. Got told by a technician at a VW garage this was common amongst the Polo's. A software update was done and nothing has changed. As well the radio tends to freeze, been doing it since purchase. Any feedback will be appreciated. Cheers.

Hey All Mrs recently got a 61 plate Polo and she loves it, only thing she misses from old car is steering wheel controls. I did do a quick Google but wanted to know if someone could confirm if a retrofit of these controls is possible ? Let me know if you need any more car info. But in order to fill out the paperwork I need a certificate of conformity / or somewhere to find the information out to fill out the form. Does anyone have a copy of the certificate that they could email me? Hope someone can help. Cheers

Hi guys I have a VW Polo Twist 04 plate hatchback. It has a problem that has now been ongoing for some time and i am yet to discover what it is and was wondering if someone could possibly help me out ! When i am driving sometimes the car will sort of jump and the revs fly down to 0 then fly back up but then they don't exceed 3000 rpm, untill the car then jumps again and then they go back to normal and the car runs fine again.. until it then jumps again and the same thing reoccurs. It cuts out quite often aswell, and it cant be the battery because i recently bought a new one. Anyone got any ideas? I think it could be something to do with the MAF, Would be grateful…

HELP - I'm a pensioner living in Leicestershire with no real knowledge of motors. I have a fairly rare 2008 POLO 1.6 SPORT (FSi). The rectangular back exhaust box is beginning to age and will need replacing soon enough but the prices I am being quoted are prohibitive (are they gold plated ?). Any ideas where I can look for "alternative" parts ? Can "non VW-standard" parts be fitted ? Is going for a "custom made" stainless a possibility ? Any recommendations or ideas gratefully received. Thx.

Hey everybody, hope you are all well. I am having an issue with my headlights.....essentially the lights come on in the daytime and I don't know how to turn them off. I am currently wasting a lot of energy with this issue. Does anyone know how to turn them off?
