Golf mk6 2.0 TDI 2009 Clutch change

Hello, I need to replace the clutch and flywheel in my golf but not sure what brand one to buy. By the looks of it it’s either Luk or Sachs, but I am unsure if I have to use a certain on or either is fine?

Any help is appreciated

Either of these brands are good but if I have the choice between them I would probably go with LUK as fitted many of them over the years and never had any issues
