Crafter 2.0 cktb no crank signal

Hi recently done a g28 sensor and rms on a 2014 crafter 2.0 using the special pressing/ aligning tool.
Starts and runs bang on until you drive it. Getting p0322 no crank signal. Where did I go wrong? Cheers

Does it cut out when you start to drive?

Installation looks fine, except for there looks like another dimple a few degrees to the left of the top mark which may be BTDC rather than TDC mark?
