Wheels and lowering

Hi guys I have recently purchased a 170 touran sport and was wondering what wheels are a straight swap and what size lowering springs are a nice drop but still practical.

larger diameter wheels and lower profiles would give the car the stance and improved handling without compromising the suspension ride height too much
