Brake upgrade

Evening all 

Has anyone upgraded the brakes on their Sharan? Does the Sharan carry over the same hubs as any other VAG stuff?

I'm looking at using bigger brakes off of something within the same group rather than going for something like a big brake kit from an aftermarket manufacturer.

I would imagine most of the braking system is from the Passat so would be plenty of parts available
