I own a VW Gol, assembled in Brazil. I get a hyperflasher on the dash because my back left LED Turn light has gone off. Twice I have checked in at the dealer but when the back-light unit is taken out and refitted, the problem seem to go away for a while and the resurfaces.

Poor quality connection, would look to see if the terminals have corrosion or could be slight closed up enough to make good contact
