Oil Cooler rubbing against intercooler pipe

Hi All,

 

I have a 2.0 BKD Touran and have had an engine fitted (Head Gasket) since this the oil cooler keeps rubbing against the intercooler pipe, we have checked for clearance etc about 7mm, has anyone had any experience of this?

 

Any advice would be appreciated

Possibly if you loosen the intercooler clamps then you may be able to bias slightly further away so it doesn't rub
