Leaking glass roof

Hi, bought a new touran se family with opening glass roof about 5 months ago, started having warning lights on dash. Vw seem to think roof is leaking. Does anyone know if it’s a design issue or am I just unlucky

VW have had issues with leaking sunroofs in the past...primarily but not limited to the Golf range, so no reason not to imagine that it could be also on the Touran as well
