Altitude 3.0 V6 tdi. Have changed and adapted throttle body. Still getting p0638 code. Could it be throttle position sensor?Also now getting code p2196 O2 sensor. Any thoughts

UPDATE . . replaced O2 sensor and all seems good. No codes and running well
