Touran 2009 bcm location

Hi, my heater blower, washer motor and 12v socket all failed at same time, checked all fuses and relays, put into local garage to check it out. £180 later told me it wasn't the fuses or relays 😡🤬
They suspect bcm, but how far did I want them to go with it. I told them to forget about it.
I am capable of changing it myself and would be able to get coded if need be. Just need the location of it, can't find info on location anywhere, can find ccm location but not sure if that is same thing. (Behind and to side of glove box)
If anyone would be able to advise it would be greatly appreciated.

If it is located in the footwell area, under the passenger floor or under the dash, as some older VW models used to locate the BCU and it could be water ingress that has caused the issue.
Sometimes things start working again once the interior has dried out
