Hi my name is Neil and I'm new here also have a problem with my car that a standard garage have basically said they don't know what's wrong and to take it to an auto electrician which I'm trying to avoid, the code is cylinder 2 misfire and I've done all the normal things, changed spark plugs and coils, had a new injector fitted, changed the MAF sensor, put a new breather pipe for the oil and it still doesn't work, every time you press the accelerator pedal more than about 2cm it judders like crazy and gets worse in higher gears and when it judders it makes the engine management light flash, any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

I would be tempted to carry out cylinder compression or balance check to see if there is a mechanical fault present.

Equally other mechanical faults such as vacuum leak could cause this fault
