3rd year service

I've a 2021 GTi+ 19000 miles, coming up for 3 years old,so will need 1st MORT and a service. Could someone advise me what the service should consist of? I seem to find conflicting answers on the internet. It won't be at a VW garage by the way!

Usually a third service will be a small one, much like the first service
There may be options such as coolant or brake fluid change which is usually chargeable on top of the service price
