Hi new to group,viewed a 57 plate shuttle but I noticed the dpf had been bypassed.Im no mechanic but is this a big no no.Guy selling said garaged had removed a smoking? Any advice ?

It may not have been removed as it was around this period that they introduced DPFs to diesel vehicles.

The best way to determine this is to see if the vehicle is Euro3, 4, or 5, etc.

Look at the Euro Status and then do a search to see if it should have one fitted
