Thanks for the advice - things getting towards sorted now. I highlighted the tyres and they put 4 matching new ones on earlier in the week. They're blaming human error for me needing to chase that after 2 supposed Das Welt Auto checks... and they're covering the cost of me getting the car properly valeted. Disappointing service, but I do at least love the car.1 point
