Noise from engine bay

Hi,

Can someone please tell me what this noise is coming from the engine bay.

The noise can be heard when i start the car but can't be heard after i have driven the car.

The cambelt and waterpump were changed 4000 miles ago

The car is a Touran 2.0 2017 model.

Quite common for bolts to shear but this is not from overtightening just poor quality bolts used by VW

Thanks for the reply. I called them up and they said it could be the drive belt. Do u think that noise could be from the drive belt? And not the cam belt.
