Help, 9n polo coilover adjustment

It’s my first time posting here and I wanted to ask how do you adjust the rear ride height on JOM coilovers. I bought the car couple days ago and didn’t realise it had coilovers until I got tyres put on this morning. The front ride height is fine I just want to lower the rear by a couple of inches. Is it possible to adjust the rear ride height on the JOM blue line coilovers?

Usually the ride height is dictated by the coil spring size itself.
The coil over adjustment will tighten or loosen the coil spring tension therefore affecting the handling performance and ride comfort but not really affect the ride height considerably but may alter it marginally.

Just try adjusting it for the settings you prefer for daily driving and also handy to adjust if you were taking it on a track for example.
