Where can I find a 2015 passat se saloon b8 rear seat

Anyone know if there is a lowering kit available for a 2024 model

Hi Simple question hopefully. I loaded about 125kg of sand into the boot of my car. Is this a safe load for the rear suspension? There was nothing else in the car other than me, and I am only about 75kg. Just a bit concerned it seemed lower the next day, although could be imagining that. Have struggled to work out what the car can take from the manual. Any feedback would be appreciated. Many thanks

Hi, I am looking for some advice pretty urgently. I have a Passat CC 2.0 TDI DSG which I have owned for 2 years now, covered 30k miles so far. It was a business owned company car prior to my ownership so has full service history, main dealer and has had no expense spared. She's now sat at 200k and last week returning home I noticed a violent juddering coming from the front end when joining the motorway, it's never been there before. Can anyone help please? I need to replace the gearbox casing to my sons 2012 Passat. This is an image of the code on the part that needs replacing. What does the WWO 6 ref mean as I have sourced a part but the code is WWO 2 does this make any difference? Or does anyone have a part with the same code to sell?

Was hoping someone could advise me in a situation. Got a Passat diesel 1.6 2014 model since new. Took it in for MOT and they said needed two front springs. 300 bucks later the abs light came on with other lights. Never happened before. Took it back, they said faulty sensor amd a rusted hub. 280 bucks later, lights are off but car wont go past 60 mph and revs high when trying. Called them this morning and they said it's nothing to do with any of the work they did. Thoughts?

I have 2003 passat 1.9 tdi not 100 sure on model etc that i have as im not so clued up on vws. Im changing alternator and wondered if any one had a guide/maual or step by step instructions. Tools needed etc etc.

I have a 2016 Passat SE TD Business 2016 Estate Car. A friend who frequently travels in my car has suffered a concussion incident recently that may have caused a brain injury. She reports that she is badly affected by a side to side rocking motion which she likens to a rocking boat. Also that my car is shaken by almost every bump on an uneven road surface and she feels it badly. I also feel it, but I am not shaken and to me it is just part of the normal process of the suspension absorbing the shocks from the uneven surface. Hello All, I'm new here so please be gentle, so I have a Passat (Shock) B6 2.0TDI 2008. Whilst she drives lovely, and the suspension feels normal. She's decided to develop a noise recently, upon going over rough terrain I can here what sounds like saucepans crashing and banging together (No I do not have a saucepan set in the boot) now from what I can see the suspension components look fine, and as mentioned I don't feel a difference in the suspension and also the handling. This is a long shot, but I just discovered my late Grandad's 2004 Passat estate (AF54 WPL) is still on the road via gov.uk with over 200,000 miles on the clock! He bought it brand new in 2004 and it was his pride and joy. I remember the first time he turned up to my parents' house in it and he spent ages showing me round. He died in 2007 and my Grandma sold it shortly afterwards. If the owner happens to stumble across this post and is ever thinking about selling I would love to take it off you. My 2002 1.9 tdi 130 sport Passat passed an MOT in Nov 2020 and was fully serviced Feb 2021. However, when I drive on an uneven road, the off side rear suspension 'bangs' or 'thud' to me appropriate but nothing was found on the MOT or service. More recently, even slight movement on the road sounds like two chipmunks are squabbling in the boot. Does anyone have any idea as to what is failing and might need replacing? The springs are not too old so I think i can discount them.

Hi - when turning a corner yesterday there was a slight noise from steering column area and all the steering wheel electrical controls failed - air bag light error, no horn, no computer control, no stereo volume control. I assume this is a fuse blown but which one and where?? And any ideas on what might have caused this fault? The rest of the car works fine..

Hi All. My 2002 2ltr petrol with 56k on the clock has always been well looked after runs quietly and without issues but now has just stopped. It turns over but will not start. Had the AA out to it and for two hours they could not get it going although they did establish that no power was getting to the fuel pump and it was a bit disconcerting to watch him bashing the relays. Car hasn't been used a lot in the last year until the last three months when 1k has been put on. Car is pretty much mint and has never let me down and main dealer serviced. Hi all hoping someone here maybe able to point me in the right direction. I have a B7 2011 VW Passat Bluemotion TDI. A few weeks back I had an error message come up on the info screen saying TPMS fault, system unavailable along with the permanent yellow TPMS light on the dash. Since then I have also had the coil light on (which i believe is just engine management), stop/start error along with other various lights from time to time (ABS, TCS, Parking brake light - all in yellow) On scanning the car with Delphi OBD scanner software it said that the brake light switch signal is implausible-fault intermittent (think the code was J502) So I have changed the brake light …

VW Passat Estate 2015 - hi, Tyre pressure warning light came on my dash....Center console screen is showing no value for the front right tyre. Initially i assumed it would be sensor or it's battery has failed, but after getting 2 front tyres fitted....the guys checked with their TPMS Tool and said all sensors are good. Worth mentioning that the warning light flashes on start up then eventually goes solid. Diagnostic check shows faulty front right sensor (not communicating) Does anyone have any experience with this ? My thoughts are maybe it's a faulty receiver but why just 1 sensor not reporting back ? Any advise would be great.

I need a piece of trim for my Passat. It is the chrome piece central to the door. It is for my rear passenger door offside. I contacted VW and they want over £100 for the entire kit which is silly really. Any ideas where I could get this?

Hi, new here, hope to get some advice. 2017 Passat GT estate, bought used by me November 2020. A neighbour pointed out to me that there appears to be uneven disc wear on both rear discs (see pics) with the wear only in the middle part of the discs. Front discs show even wear all around. He's not a mechanic (neither am I clearly!). I've booked the car into the service dept of the place I bought it from (not a VW dealer). Although now out of their used car warranty, they did service it last so if it has the wrong size of pads fitted it would be their fault. Grateful for any informed insights....

Hi Have trouble with son’s VW Passat 2011 saloon 2 ltr tdi Bluemotions rear o/s abs sensor……Information supplied to supplier Reg & Vin number , received black sensor where as one on vehicle is grey…..is this detrimental to abs operation? (Fitted black one & reader states ‘incorrect signal’ ) Changed wheel hub & magnetic ring🤔 TIA

I have a Passat 2.0 tdi with suspected ecu problems. It’s in for refurb as we speak but if they cannot fix it, can I buy a secondhand ecu and code it to my car using VCDS?
